Payment and shipping

Can't change or update my payment methods. My card won't go through despite working everywhere else, and PayPal is declined after i sign in.


I tried doing it on a desktop instad hoping for a different result. Didn't work


I tried resolving the issue by, first, restarting my iPhone, didn't work, and then signing out and back into my apple ID.


Surprise! also didn't work, and now the payment and shipping page won't even open, it'll say that it can't connect, and ask me to sign into my apple ID on a loop, no matter how many times i sign back in. (And yes, I already tried restarting/signing out and in again.)



PS: this has nothing to do with the topic chosen below. The option I need doesn't exist, so that was the closest thing available

All Apple services are up and operating normally.


Apple - Support - System Status


There are several possible reasons for this.


1) Are you behind a VPN?


2) Make sure your Region is set to US.


Change your Apple ID country or region - Apple Support


3) Update you iPhone to latest iOS


Update iOS on iPhone - Apple Support


4) Log out of and log back into your Apple ID/iCloud account.


5) Do a forced restart of your iPhone.


Force restart iPhone - Apple Support


6) If on Wi-Fi switch to cellular network or vice versa.


There is no specific order to any of these possible solutions. Any single operation can fix your issue.
