Hi, kernelmike, you’d need to do a reset on your Mac Mini… what model or year of manufacture is it ? In the event that you cannot power it on, the procedure for doing that varies… anyways here’s Apple’s suggestions for troubleshooting Wi-Fi( see link) If your Mac isn't connecting to the internet over Wi-Fi - Apple Support (CA)

and here’s how to reset your mac mini:

the 1st link is only for Macs with Intel processors ( not M1/Apple Silicon macs) : Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac - Apple Support (CA)… pram zap

Here’s how to reset the smc( above rule applies)

How to reset the SMC of your Mac - Apple Support (CA)

and here’s something you could try on your M1 mac mini.. i don’t know which one you have( m1 or Intel) anyways, here it is: https://www.mobigyaan.com/how-to-force-restart-m1-mac-computers-m1-chip
