Paperless statement is the default and only option. If you’re receiving a paper statement, it’s because federal statute requires that a bank sends a statement, even if there is no activity (zero balance) on the account. This is to help ensure the safety and security of your personal and credit information.
If you’re receiving a paper statement, it’s because the paperless/electronic statements that were being sent to your email address bounced. This could be because of an error in spelling the address, mailbox was full etc. Please contact Goldman Sachs Bank to confirm the email address they have on file. The Apple Card specialist at GS can assist you with correcting the email.

Apple Card statements are always paperless (electronic). You cannot request paper statements nor should you be receiving any.

No, Apple Card statements aren’t always paperless. I’ll always help. Ask questions, like everyone else. Credit is different than installing RAM. 😀😀😀
