How do i recover screen recording

Hi. I recorded a 1 hour zoom session. Immediately after, I chose send via Mail. It didn't send. Maybe the file is too big that it crashed. Now I can't find the recording on my computer.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.6

to find what location it was saved to, you can use the "shift-command-5" keyboard shortcut to open the recording controls. then choose "options".

and then look at the "Save to" location to see where the recording went to.

Hi! What if the screen recording wasn't saved in desktop? I've tried looking into Autosave Information just what I've seen from youtube but I didn't see any file in my autosave tab. Is there any other way to recover my recording? Pls, help me.
