You will need to contact them and ask what the process and system requirements are. You cannot upload photos without the receiving site having a procedure set up.

Having looked at their site, it seems you need to drop off your photos at the store or mail them in.

at my local Walmart they have a kiosk in store that you can plug in your iPhone and / or an android phone as well as USB and USB-C thumb drives. I prefer to do it that way so I can see the quality of the prints before paying for them.
