May I ask you some questions about Back to School Promotion in Japan?

-Did Japan have Back to School promotion?

-What kind of promotion? ( like if I buy iPad pro I will get airpods or gift cards.)

-If have the promotion. I am foreigner to come to study at Japan in filed of Japanese courses then can I get this promotion?. ( Is the student card enough to be accepted?)
