Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I bought my dad an iPad 6 months ago and it locked because he forgot his pass code. I have my receipt from Best Buy. It shows the serial number how can I fix this. We have proof we own it but we are in Ethiopia where there is no office. Please help……eeeek
