Can't download apps on my iPhone

Recently I’ve been trying to download apps, however constantly needing to verify my billing information. Even though everything’s incorrect i’m still unable to download apps

See -> If you can't make purchases or update apps, including free apps, you need to update your payment method or add a new one.
