“use this iphone to unlock your Apple ID” pop up

While on youtube I got this attached pop up. I wouldnt be so concerned but I couldn’t find similar reports anywhere of anyone getting this exact same message. It’s also confusing - what does this even mean in the context of using youtube or is it unrelated??

That is not a message from Apple.

Looks like that someone is probably trying to hack your Apple ID, they probably have your email and password.

Click Don't allow.

Never provide your password, passcode, security questions, verification codes, recovery key or any other account security details to anyone else. Apple will never ask you for this information.

Hi Raicya! First off thank you so much for your response as one of those links I think helped me figure it out. When I went to "See who has access to your device or accounts" it prompted me to login with my Apple ID. After I entered my email address (and I believe my phone number) it said "Your Apple ID has been locked due to security reasons" (I'm not sure why) - so then when I hit continue (or maybe it happened at this point), I got the EXACT same pop up on my phone in question, word for word. So at least it does seem that it must be coming from Apple, but you are right that there is likely a 3rd nefarious party trying to get into my account because that is what prompted this alert.
