Always good advice; my favorite maxim: When in doubt, reboot.
But if it happens when not plugged in the screen is failing and needs to be replaced.
If it only happens while charging you have a defective or counterfeit Lightning cable. Get a new, high quality cable.

Can you give some more information on what the problem is.
The lower part of my mobile is being clicked itself. For example if i open my mobile keyboard, it starts typing itself.
