Payment not Processed

I’ve been trying to use my digital Apple Card to make my first online purchase, and it keeps saying “Payment not Processed”

What can I do to get it to go through?

iPhone 13 mini, iOS 15

Not normally an issue, but let’s check and eliminate that as a possibility. Please contact the Apple Card support team at Goldman Sachs Bank. Here is their contact info,

CONTACTING — Goldman Sachs Bank

• Using Messages; chat with an Apple Card specialist

• Call toll-free at 877-255-5923; or

• Write to: Goldman Sachs Bank, Lockbox 6112, P.O. Box 7247, Philadelphia, PA 19170-6112.

If they can’t resolve the issue (and you may want to try some of these first to avoid delay) please post a reply again.

Here are some other possible solutions,

1) Are you behind a VPN?

2) Make sure your Region is set to US.

Change your Apple ID country or region - Apple Support

3) Update you iPhone to latest iOS

Update iOS on iPhone - Apple Support

4) Log out of and log back into your Apple ID/iCloud account.

5) Do a forced restart of your iPhone.

Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

6) If on Wi-Fi switch to cellular network or vice versa.

There is no specific order to any of these possible solutions. Any single operation can fix your issue.
