Body measurements

I recently switched to Apple Watch and have the series 7. Is there option to have body measurements done like on Samsung watch ?

Watch app on the phone;

Health/health details

Tap edit in the top right corner.

Or;

Health app on the phone;

Tap on profile picture in the top right of the scree.

Tap on health details.

Tap edit in the top right hand corner.

What I meant is there option for watch to measure those like there is option in Samsung

Measure body composition like body fat , water weight, skeletal muscle weight , bmi. Samsung watch has that option and I wanted to find out if apple has it too.

I haven't seen anything like that on an apple watch,unless there is a 3rd party app in the app store that does it.
