Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

Lost/stolen iPad.

Hi we think the daughters iPad has been stolen but can’t track it as it’s not showing up on the list of her devices in the “find my”app. It’s only showing a current iPhone and an old one.


On this Apple support website its listed on her account with serial number purchase date etc but as I said it’s not listed on her phone as a device.

Is Any way we can get it listed as a device so we can then disable it?

More specifically try checking here, sign in to iCloud.com/find.


If it’s not showing up in Find My you should consider this support page: If Find My iPhone or Find My iPad isn't enabled on your missing device - Apple Support.
