Adding fund failed

I just added 10 thousand rs fund on my Apple ID but it didn’t showed up but from my Paytm it’s already cut 10 thousand rs. Help me please

If you update your payment method or add funds to your Apple ID balance, It would take about 1 to 3 business days in order to process.
