Microphone Orange dot

Hi sorry it took so long too get back too you !! I use my Apple Music App . So I checked setting privacy and microphone There is no other apps on their ! Just App Clips and when I press that nothing shows up !! Ive opened the App Privacy Report in bith my devices and I shall take my phone & iPad into Apple. Too let them see that. Also sometimes on my Music App it wont play and A Sign Pops up on both devices with a number I asked Apple but they did not recognise the number !! They did ask me too take my phone in. But if I put my iPhone/iPad off and on sometimes it works but mostly not.. Also this photo below appears, But Im not using headphones with my lightning cable Im using it too attach too my tv too watch Netflix !! I pressed other device but nothing it wont connect .. I don't understand any of it (Not too Tech Savvy as you can probably tell by now lol ) Thank you for taking the time too answering my Question. It was much appreciate.. Ty :) Have a great Night ..

Also this photo above appears when I attach my lightning cable too my hdmi too watch Netflix, I press device as Im not using headphones Again sometime it works sometimes not !! I got too take it into support !! Thank You for your help it was appreciated. Ty Again have a great night :)

Thank You tried that nothing on except App Clips when I press that Nothing shows up !! Its just weird why a microphone would be listening too my devices when I play music ,Its very random I also just got my iPad back a few days ago as it was stolen, But luckily got it back just wondering if it had anything too do with that... Thanks again I will take my devices into Apple.. Have a good night ..
