AMScope Camera MU1803 USB not working on Mac Monterey 12.4

I have an AMScope that came with an MU1803 camera attached via USB adapter to my MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2017). The camera attached to a Windows 10 computer works, so not camera issue.

I have searched and tried everything I have found regarding USB cameras and so far none have worked.

In System Report under USB section I see the USB 3.0 Camera attached. But in Photo Booth app the camera does not show. Also, the AMScope software(very bad) shows the camera attached but it is not showing. If I try to start a record sessions it replies "Failed to start record." If I unplug camera the software states camera unplugged, so it knows it is there.

I have tried rebooting in safe mode to clear caches, and all other work-arounds, but nothing has worked.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Regards.

Found a solution: ToupLite

http://www.touptek.com/download/showdownload.php?lang=en&id=28

I installed Touplite, unplugged cam from USB, replugged and Camera works.

I hope this helps someone in the future...
