Delayed voicemail with T-mobile

Is there any fix that has been found for delayed VM (hours and days). I’m on T-Mobile and have tried all the setting changes etc. Is the only option to go into them? Thx in advance!

T-mobile is in complete charge of voice mail on your phone. Take your phone into a T-mobile outlet to let them have a look.
