Weird sound from the back of my iphone

My iphone 13 pro do a weird sound from the back of the phone when i used for example : ´went i watch a video in Facebook ’ . The sound it’s not coming from speaker in many others app i hear it . It’s like’ tik tik tik’ combined with ´sh sh sh’’ . Î’ts not hepatic assistance, i’m sure it’s from the hardware, i compare it with my friend iphone ( the same models) so i concluded its not normal sound . My phone is under warranty but we don’t have an official support in my country i can travel for 2 days maximum , to returned to the same shop where i buy it ,but i need to be sure if they checked and release its hardware issues they will be replaced immediately
