The suggestion to add the number in my Contacts does not help.
All other calls seem fine.
Apartment internet seems fine.
Of note: the calls do not show up on my phone as having ever been placed at all.
So- is this a phone issue or an intercom
issue???

About "Intercom Systems":
Im not so certain what you mean by "Intercom System". If you have such an option, then I would speak with the landlords, requesting assistance.
