Missing Transit Card in Apple Pay / Wallet

I had to logout then log back in with my Apple ID, which eliminated all my cards in my Wallet/Apple Pay. My transit card also was removed. But now that I’m logged back in, I cannot add it since it disappeared and the card is no longer valid (once you digitize it/add it to my Wallet). Someone help because it showed up on my Apple Watch, but not my iPhone.

Thanks for reaching out, changbanger.

It sounds like you have had passes go missing. We can help.

Do you automatically archive passes? If so, "To unhide an expired pass, scroll to the bottom of the Wallet stack, tap Expired Passes, choose, the pass, then tap Unhide."

Let’s see if unhiding passes will bring them back. See Manage your passes in Wallet on iPhone for details.

Keep us posted.

I have the exact same problem. After getting locked out of my phone (and it getting erased), my transit card (Clipper) failed to restore.

Logging into the Clipper website shows the card as “inactive” and “not available on any device”, with instructions telling me add it Apple Wallet. However, I can’t add it Apple Wallet, because I need a physical card. My old physical card doesn’t work, because I previously transferred it to Apple Wallet.

$80 in limbo. I don’t understand it.
