How can I change the letter size if it is stuck in zoom mode?

My iPhone 14 is stuck in zoom screen. I’ve tried to tap three times, it still doesn’t zoom out. It will not connect to a computer and it will not restart my iPhone 14 pro screen is stuck in zoom. I’ve tried tapping three times to get it to zoom out it won’t. I can barely get to each of the numbers to get my pass code in and it won’t restart.

Double tap your screen, using 3 fingers.
