I didn’t authorize that transaction for HBO max for $14.99 I demand my money back immediately

No good asking us. Follow the advice given. Hint - if you took a free trial subscription to HBOMax and didn’t cancel before it ended then your subscription had become a paid one. That’s how trial subscriptions work.
