I deleted a text train that I need back. My most recent iCloud back up was last night.

Please note if Messages aren't including in the backup in iCloud you will not be able to restore these messages.

If “Messages” was turned ON in Settings, your name, iCloud then no you cannot retrieve them.

If “Messages” was turned OFF in Settings, your name, iCloud then you can restore the entire most recent backup
