Pending purchases

I paid my subscription so why is it pending? I need help because I want a refund.

Once the charge is posted you'll be able to request a refund by following these steps: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support.


Unfortunately the charge must be posted which can take a few business days. A pending charge is an approved transaction that your issuer has yet to post to your account balance. Just be patient and what for it to post, once posted you'll be able to go through with the refund if that is what you still want to do!
