I enter my apple id, then the password, then the verification code, but then it takes me back to apple id in a loop. I have re-entered information countless times but I am stuck in the loop.
There must be a simple answer to getting out of this loop and allowing me to rent a movie on line! I never had this problem before.

thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities! Has your device been restarted since notching this issue? Restarting can help resolve several random issue we may face with our devices. If you are using an iPhone, press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power off slider appears. Drag the slider and wait about 30 seconds. Press and hold the side button until the Apple logo appears to power it back on. Once back on, test to see if this continues.

You can also try connecting to a different network to confirm you are not having a network issue.
