Got my iPhone back but it’s locked

Hi apple! I recently found my lost iPhone but it’s now locked to owner and I can’t get in and I don’t know what to do can you please help me they got in and I hadn’t put my Apple ID in and now I can’t get in because it’s locked by the person that robbed me if you can’t do anything well it’s ok and I realy apreciate your help

i tried this but I don’t know the iCloud that is connected to this phone because mine wasn’t on yet and they stole it and put this iCloud on and I don’t know how to cancel that
