Hello I’m trying to cancel an app subscription for a fasting app fast easy and they won’t contacts me back. Can u guys help me please

I need help canceling the fast easy app. It won’t let me cancel my subscription. I paid 15. Next billing is double that and I have been contacting them but they won’t respond.

I’m trying to cancel a subscription for wisey I see it nowhere under my Apple settings to cancel. I’ve asked them several times to cancel. I would like the wisey app canceled please and refunded When I saw the email about the subscription that I never purchased, I asked them to cancel it. They sent me a letter stating of how much use I could get out of this app and if I want to cancel it, go to my settings and Apple I did that I did not see their subscription anywhere and my Apple subscriptions, I did not purchase this app. It’s not in my app purchases on Apple and I would like a refund and the subscription canceled for the app called. WISEY

If the subscription isn't done via In-App payment, then there is no way to get out of the subscription except by contacting the provider directly.
