Cisco Anyconnect VPN turned ON at ipad Air iOS 15.5 but lost internet connection

Please suggest or advise what should do on next step?

I'm using ipad Air 15.5 to remote to my office desktop but we are using the Cisco AnyConnect VPN. Once I have logged with VPN i can't sign into Zoom and internet.

Please advise if there is any setting that can set to enabled the internet connection?
