Can’t install ECG on my Apple Watch I have the ECG installed on my iPhone. When I go into the Watch app on my iPhone and select heart, I don’t find anywhere where it tells me to install ECG. This is all that shows up when I go into heart if that makes sense. I’m dealing with a hard issue right now and it would be nice if I could do the ECG especially when I’m doing some sort of physical activity

Apple Watch SE cannot install ECG App . Not Support.

Apple watch SE doesn't have the ECG feature only watch 4,5,6 and 7.
