I bought my iPhone 13 Pro back in December of 2021. I noticed today while I’m recording a video of my screen on my iPhone 13 Pro the scrolling is way smoother than just scrolling without video recording. Is this a software or hardware bug?

It’s normal. When you record a screen video the screen runs at capped 120 fps but when you are using your phone normally its adaptive so it almost never hits the full 120hz.
