If you requested a refund and it was approved you will receive the money. It will take a few business days to arrive so please be patient.
Please read this support page: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support. At the bottom it will show you how to check the status of your claim.

iv been waiting on my refund since May, and then when I check my purchases it states I’ve been refunded! I have not!
If you paid by Mobile billing, it could take up to 60 days for the refund. Otherwise, either contact your financial institution or iTunes Support as Niel posted above.
