where is my refund that was supposed to have been sent, it was supposed to be back on my iTunes card but it wasn’t

Approved refund requests take up to 30 days for most payment methods. Click here for more information.


Nobody on these boards will know where it is. If it's already been that long or the one used is no longer valid, ask your financial institution or the iTunes Store staff.

If you requested a refund and it was approved you will receive the money. It will take a few business days to arrive so please be patient.


Please read this support page: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support. At the bottom it will show you how to check the status of your claim.
