Call history

How do I go back on my call history? I’m from the UK and not sure who it is I need to speak to?

Your iPhone does not keep a call history, it has a “recent calls” list of exactly 100 entries. Your call history is maintained by your network provider; you can view it on their website or in their app if they have one.
