Request a refund: an unexpected charge

Hello,

I'm receiving an unexpected charge from app: words-booster during the two months.

The subscription was canceled months ago and app. was deleted from iPad

However they are continue write off money from the card.

I deleted the card from "Payment & Shipping" of account - but still withdrawal of money is continued/
