Audio volume on phone calls
Can’t hear well when making or receiving conversations on iPhoneX unless I put it on Speaker. Anyone else with that issue? I have the volume all the way up

The only time you can increase call audio volume is during a live call. If you have apready tried that then...
First try a Forced restart Force restart iPhone – Apple Support (UK)
If no better you should arrange a repair iPhone Repair - Official Apple Support
