I lost my phone and requested a replacement, thinking I would be able to retrieve my old pictures and info from ICloud. But I cannot do it.
I lost my phone and requested a replacement. I registered my new phone, thinking I would be able to retrieve my pictures and data from ICloud. But once I restarted my replacement phone, and access ICloud with my new phone, the ICloud I see is empty. I believe I used my gmail account and I had a different IPhone password on my previous phone. I thought I would be able to retreive the pictures once I accessed ICloud under my gmail and my old IPhone password, but I was not able to do so. Please explain. I believe I never used "backup" feature to backup my pictures on ICloud. Is that the problem?
