Perhaps there may be some basic settings, incorrect now?

Sometimes a shut down and restart could help.

Unless something may be amiss with cellular(?)

Which one notification was of interest, specifically?

The updates for iOS vary by build year iPhone, so

if older, that may already be near its update final.
