When will my loss and theft claim be approved? I need a replacement asap and I already filed a claim for loss and theft.

You are not asking Apple here but other end users lacking any access to Apple records. Please use the steps FoxFifth has linked.

Also, loss and theft coverage is an insurance policy.

The insurance company approves or denies the claim, not Apple.
