How do I turn camera off. Sliding does nothing, right, left, up, or down.

When you turn on your iPhone and you accidentally touched the screen that swipes the screen to the left, the camera will be activated.
Then swipe right to deactivate the camera.
That feature is widely used by iPhone users and you cannot disable it.
