Storage

My phone hasn’t updated in over a year maybe two it keeps telling me I don’t have storage and making me delete apps but then it keeps trying to download its own apps that I’ve deleted years ago and I just added more iCloud space and it still won’t upgrade or let me have the apps that I need. What do I do?i have an iphone7.

Hello Cjlacole, iCloud Storage and Physical Device storage are two separate things. You can tell your iPhone not to update apps automatically. Settings > App Store > App Updates OFF. Also on that same page you can Offload Unused Apps > Slide to ON>. Other than that if you need more storage you will need to buy an iPhone with a bigger storage amount.
