Shazam between iPhone and Shazam Web

Has anyone noticed their music database on their iPhone and when they pull up the database on the Shazam website? I just shazamed a bunch of songs so that I can pull up the album name and album artwork for a bunch of songs (I miss the days of Tagalicious and never found another good metatag app that interacts well with iTunes), and none of the shazamed songs are showing up on the website. I'm assuming that my shazam database on the Iphone is my apple ID but no where in the app or settings shows what account you're using.

Hi there Bouynxdor1234,

If you are not seeing your Shazam data on the website, ensure you are following these steps to start from Access your Shazams on all your devices or online:

When you first install Shazam on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, your Shazams are automatically backed up to iCloud. Make sure you're signed in with your Apple ID and that you've turned on iCloud for Shazam on your device.

When you back up your Shazams to iCloud, you can access your Shazams across all your devices and at www.shazam.com/myshazam when you sign in with the same Apple ID.

If you are still not seeing your data on the website and iCloud is turned on for Shazam, please provide more details of what happens when you try to access the data and if you are getting an error message of some kind.

Cheers!

Hi Ben. First, when I posted this, i accidentally chose the Android version category and once i posted in the iphone side, i couldn't figure out how to delete this message. So despite the category, it is a iPhone to Mac Shazam issue.

Second, i wanted to let you know that I spoke with an Apple Support tech for the last two hours. She checked all my settings and it doesn't seem to be an issue with my devices. Nothing's changed in my set-up. Everything used to sync correctly. It only started sometime between June 3 and June 20th. My iPhone Shazam already has iCloud syncing setup. I'm logged in to the same Apple ID (at least I think I am, when i go to the mac side, i log in with my Apple ID but on the Iphone side, there's nowhere to see what account you're logged into.) My iPhone and my iPad library are completely in sync. It's only the website Library that is not in sync.

Ben, has anyone else been having this issue? I also put a ticket in with Spotify (i didn't realize that Spotify is now Shazam until the apple support tech told me) letting them know the issue i'm having.
