can someone tell me what this is and how I remove it please. It’s covering the centre of my iPad screen to the point, I’m unable to power off, unlock with Face ID etc, basically I can’t do anything. Any assistance would be appreciated.

This box can appear if the 'Cmd' key on your external keyboard is stuck on. Does the box come up when the keyboard is not attached?
