Please wait 48-hours as it states on the screenshot you provided. It looks like the refund request was just submitted today so wait until Thursday. If you still do not have a refund by then, reach out to Apple support as this is a User-to-user forum and we don't have access to user accounts nor the ability to issue refunds.
