How to just sign out an Apple ID
How do I sign out the Apple ID without it asking for a password ?

Why do you want to sign out without a password? If you have forgotten your password see this link and follow the instructions provided
If you forgot your Apple ID password – Apple Support (AU)
If this not works you can use Apples iForgot service
- Go to iforgot.apple.com.
- Enter your Apple ID. Did you forget your Apple ID?
- Select the option to reset your password, then choose Continue.
- Choose to answer your security questions, receive an email or enter your recovery key.* Find out what to do if you haven't received your verification or reset email.
- Follow the onscreen steps to reset your password.
If the device is locked to someone else's Apple Id, you need to contact them and let them remove it
