iPhone 12 pro power button not clicking

Hello,

The power button was still registering sometimes, but i could not feel any clicking from the physical button.

The usual dry meridol toothbrush that until then always saved my audio grills was not working in this case.

Following an advice on another thread, for the first time I passed this button under lukewarm water,

The button immediately recovered its physical clicking feel and now registers 100% of the clicks.

I understand the iphone is water resistant and not waterproof, so I won't repeat this very often, but I think in this case a fist bath was needed.
