How to update new phone- when it has failed?

Got a new phone, and the transformation of contact informations- sms, and more has not come over to the new phone

Issue with updating to a new phone I bought an iPhone 16 Pro and have been trying for the past almost 48 hours to transfer what was on my IPhone 13 to the new phone. But it keeps getting stuck. now the Restore is paused and I can only use iMessage and make calls. All my apps are noted as “waiting.” All online help just tells me to do the steps I’ve done but nothing tells me how to get out of this and get my new phone to work!!

From what iPhone model? What iOS version was currently running on it? What happens when you try?
