Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. NFC is a feature that is already enabled on an iPhone and can't be changed in Settings. If your device is managed by a business or school this feature can be restricted. Are you experiencing issues using Apple Pay or services that require NFC technology? If so, tell us what's been going on. Be sure to include specific error messages and any steps that you may have tried.
