Hello. I purchased an unlocked iPhone 12 from Hong Kong. However I am unable to install an eSIM using the Nomad app. Does anyone else here have the same issue? My wife has the same model phone (mini version) and she has the option to add an eSIM.

Yes they do! My wife and I both use MAGTICOM in Georgia. She can use the Airolo application and I can’t.
