Can I use two Apple ID on one phone?

I´m abroad and I have multiple subscriptions on my Apple ID (like Apple Music) so I cannot change the country on my ID, but I need apps that are only available in the country I´m in right now.

Is there a way to add a second account on my phone to download those apps or should I cancel all my subscriptions, change the country, get the apps, go back to the original country and then subscribe again?

You can use a new Apple ID in the App Store/iTunes while you are in the country you are in. Sign out of the current ID in the App Store/iTunes and then sign in with the new ID. Use the steps in the article posted above to change the region. You should be able to download what you want.
