Apple Watch freezing

So I bought a new apple series 7 watch 3 days ago. I had an apple 6. My apple 6 kept freezing. Talked to technical support and eventually sent it to them to diagnose. Per apple nothing was wrong. I continued to have the problem frequently sometimes multiple times a day I would have to do a hard reset. So I bought a new apple series 7 three days ago, guess what it has already frozen up 4 times. It seems to happen after talking on the watch. Any suggestions. I have already done the pair repair, erase all, and hard reset.

Thanks for your post to Apple Support Communities. We understand you have an issue with your new Apple Watch. You mentioned it seems to do this specifically after you are talking on your Apple Watch. We have some questions to clarify the issue.

Are you using the Phone app or a third-party one to speak through your Apple Watch?

When it freezes, does it resume function on its own or do you have to force restart it?

Have you noticed similar issues with your paired iPhone?

We'd recommend making sure both your iPhone software and Apple Watch software is fully updated to iOS 15.5 and watchOS 8.6.

Have you tried to force it to restart?

Press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for at least 10 seconds, or until you see the Apple logo.. If you have it doesn’t hurt to try it again. Otherwise you’ll need to take it to Apple or arrange to send it in Get Support

My watch and iPhone are both fully updated. Today it started freezing up and it wasn’t after talking on it. It actually froze when I was driving and not even using the phone or watch. What do you mean the phone app or third party. I’m on Verizon and I answer calls on the app that came on the phone.
