ipad locked to owner
how do i fix ipad locked to owner if the owner dose not remember the password or the gmail. It was my grandpas but he is old and doesnt remember any of then info to the ipad please help

Tell him to check his web browser autofill entries, the Keychain, and other records, or use Apple's iForgot service, or contact their Account Security team, or the unit's original owner to click here and submit an unlock request.
